- There is no lifeguard on duty; please swim at your own risk. Guests accept full responsibility for their safety in the pool area
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Swim diapers are required for those not yet potty trained.
- Please no diving, running, or rough play
- No glass near the pool. We have provided non-breakable drinkware for you to use.
- Please do not touch pool equipment
- The host is not liable for injuries due to misuse of the pool.

Houston’s weather can be unpredictable, especially during hurricane season. We recommend travel insurance to help keep your plans worry-free.

For your safety and peace of mind, 24/7 EXTERIOR security cameras (audio/video) re installed at the Front Gate, Front Door (facing the road), and Back Patio (facing the yard perimeter) monitoring pool & mini golf area.

These devices are positioned to monitor entry points/property lines only and are fully disclosed. All cameras are located outdoors only. No interior cameras are installed inside the home.
