Please note that this house is half of a duplex. There are NO shared spaces inside but outdoor spaces if there are tenants in the other half of the duplex. You will have your own deck off the front of the house as well as the balcony.
We think everyone is great, but we do not think smoking ANYTHING in our home is great. If we smell tobacco, weed, etc. at checkout you will be charged a fine. Thank you for respecting this rule.
