Worst service and stay ever. When we arrived, staff seemed friendly, but I only spoke to them to check in. I dropped off my stuff and was informed we couldn't use the elevator anymore because there was no one to fix it. (Mind I was on the 4th floor with a 10month old). I went out and when I got back there was a strong smoke smell in the bathroom, and I obviously couldn't shower my baby in there. I immediatelly called the front desk to change my room, all I got was "we can't give you another room because we are fully booked", I asked for the refund amd they said they couldn't do that either.

When we arrive we were told that the elevator was not working and they offer a room in the 3rd floor. They gave us a non-smoking room and the hall where our room was it smelled like marijuana. Once we entered the room, the room had a bad odor

Great customer service/friendly staff. I love that they have a full breakfast daily and not just on the weekends. There’s full usage of the amenities like the pool and the fitness center which are important at to me as an active person.
