Room was dirty & infested with roaches. Linen was not clean & when asked to change, more dirty linen was put on the bed. The hotel in general was nasty & had I known before booking I would had chose somewhere else. I had to tough it out but disappointing is an understatement. I have reached out to the GM with my issues via email after speaking with hotel front desk. I hope & pray they will make the necessary changes to improve cleanliness for furture guest.

First off took forever to get our room, Got charged for a different room after we already had a reservation. Walked into the room with the room key working and there was people in there. Went to the front desk told the guy that was there he laughed and said he would give us a refund so we will see if thats true

Honestly speaking , the hotel looked super new online , but when I arrived there , it seemed a bit old . The hallways and doors look beat up . But the rooms were clean and the staff were kind .

Check in was easy, but the building is worn down. The hotel smells like marijuana/cigarettes as soon as you walk off the elevator. The rooms could use an upgrade, shower and carpet had stains. hotel is definitely not a place to book if traveling with family.
