The property is okay it’s the fact that as soon as I walk outside there are 5 homeless people across the street lined up with their belongings either taking a break or about to go to sleep and it’s so off putting. Probably not the hotels fault but definitely an eye soar and makes me feel unsafe.

The location is a former SWBell switching station and the decor captures the essence of what once was. The decorators saved some of the original office doors on the hallways as well as a collection of classic phones all about. Nice spot !
This hotel is beautiful! Everything is clean & sparkling. The staff are friendly & always ready & willing to help. The room is immaculate & huge! We have an L shaped sofa, footstool & a comfortable king bed! The pub on the 16th floor was a lively place with a beautiful view. We did not love the $40 a day parking fee, but that is our only negative comment about this place.
