Noisy people above my room -- Not hotels fault

There was no issue with the property, but there was a lot of noise/floor-thumping at 2 o'clock in the morning that woke me up, and lasted for over an hour. It literally like someone running around the room.

I find that the entrance to the hotel while driving the car. It’s a bit sore. It’s very easy to get pulled into the next-door neighbor. It should’ve been the access way more accessible or more directed pointing towards the hotel. Other than that the hotel renovation in Memphis are amazing. Great job guys.

Not accommodating whatsoever. Staff is rude and just taught to sound like a broken record. No help with unexpected issues that prevent you to stay. They get their money with no remorse to the customer. If your goal is customer service look elsewhere.
