Room was good but hallway was needed vacuum. And they had building one and two, we were building two, it was little confusing and and front office and breakfast is in main building which is building one, so when I need something, I have to get out side of building to main building

This hotel is awful! There is a homeless camp across the street along with right outside the hotel. There were renovations being made on the same floor as our room. The whole other side of the hallway was being ripped apart. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty and old. Stay away!

Staff was awesome. Saw cockroaches in my room on my last night if sooner I would’ve checked out ASAP. I was in the building next to the main building where the desk was. My building’s door did not require a key to get in. Although it was set up too require one. The main building did require a key to get into the side entrance.

Housekeeping takes the lead on cleanliness

Spacious, clean, but the best amenitie is the customer service. We visited in Memorial Weekend and housekeeping was on the top of things, always smiling and eager to help. You are doing great guys.
