This is a lovely rental. Very well equipped and furnished. The reason for 4 star rating I wish it had an outdoor space/patio. I did like that it was so close to main streets which made it very accessible to travel and return.

House was perfect for us and mother-in-law. Very clean and well appointed. Convenient but quiet neighborhood. Pop 2 blocks over to Jester which takes you to 610 and I-10 and on to Washington Heights area. Easy! Owner responds within 24-hrs. Access to house also easy. The sunroom off back of home was perfect for morning coffee. Master bedroom has king bed and with no windows made for a great sleep. Other beds were lovely also. Nice bathrooms. Highly recommend!

The house was very.nice. Exactly as pictured. Backyard was nice. My grandson had a blast out there. The remote didn’t work in one bedroom . Johnny said he would bring some batteries but that didn’t happen.NOTE: my sister her left her Kindle in her bed so could someone look for it and return it?

Fantastic!

This home was perfect for our extra out-of-town family to stay in during a funeral. The house had everything we needed, and it was so quiet. Also, the AC worked great. It was literally 5 minutes from our house.

Comfortable home and quiet safe neighborhood. Johnny Hollins was quick to answer our questions and came right over when we had a small issue. Would definitely stay at the Garden Oaks Cottage again!

In town for a funeral

We did not have space to stay with family, and a hotel seemed too generic. This house fit the bill for lounging spaces, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen space for us. Would recommend this quiet little house again!

Property was clean and the communications with the property manager were great. House is in a great location with easy access to major highways to get you where you need to be. Would definitely rent this home again.

Safe neighborhood

We stayed in this house and encountered zero issues. The house was extremely clean and was equipped with the necessary items for our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Johnny was prompt with his messages. The checking was easy and effective. I will for sure be staying here again.
