The house was large enough for our family of 13. We enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit and sitting out on the back patio. It was close to downtown Hot Springs and easy to navigate back and forth.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with two other couples for a fun weekend at Oaklawn. The house was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we possibly needed. We absolutely loved the outdoor area in the back. Check in was a breeze, and this house is a great value! We’re already planning our return next spring for another fun weekend at the races!

Family time

This was our second time renting this house for our annual family spring horse racing trip. It’s very convenient to Oaklawn Park, shopping and restaurants, but secluded too. The backyard facing the lake is the perfect quiet place to start or end the day with plenty of seating. The kids love the hammock! Only downside might be the steps inside and outside if you have elderly in your group.

We just completed a week's stay at this property. It really is a beautiful place. We had 13 people in total and the house provided plenty of room for all of us. The bunk room is VERY tight. An adult would have to walk sideways between the bunks but could sleep in the beds once you got in there. The other bedrooms were nice size and all people slept well. The 4 full baths were also handy for our large group, and the very large dining table allowed us all to eat together. The backyard is beautiful. We fished and swam of the boat dock. Something worth mentioning is there are A LOT of mosquitoes. We tackled them with plenty of spray and bug bracelets. The house is close to downtown Hot Springs and the National Park. This was our first time visiting Hot Springs and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large family or a smaller team retreat when everyone wants their own room.

The front of the home doesn't do it justice to the inside. Everything was clean and inviting. The location on the lake was beautiful! We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Would come again!
