Amazing home

Perfect place if you have teens. This home was amazing. One of the coolest places we’ve stayed and we didn’t have to leave because there was so much there for the big kids to do. Home is completely stocked with anything that you need.

Perfect vacation home for our family trip

This home was perfect for our family getaway in Hot Springs! The teenagers loved playing pool and shuffleboard in the game room, and the bunk beds gave the kids an area of their own to hang out and sleep. We had 14 people across 4 families and had plenty of room both indoors and outside by the fire pit and hot tub. Lots of special memories made fishing off the dock, making s’mores in the fire pit, and just hanging out playing board games. You’re just minutes away from all the fun downtown and the scenic mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need, and we made most meals at the house and enjoyed eating on the balcony and grilling on the outdoor kitchen. Caught plenty of sunfish off the dock, and my son brought his boat and was able to easily tie to the dock when he wasn’t fishing. Highly recommend Brian Wilson photography if you need professional pictures. The balcony was a perfect spot for pictures. One family member uses a walker and was able to access everything he needed on the main floor with only one step up at the front entrance. Our host was awesome and quickly responded to questions. Awesome experience all the way around!

Amazing!

This property was well laid out. All condos I have rented before gives you enough bath towels for one night. Which meant you had to wash every night. This place had an abundance of towels. Had a few cabinet appliances that wasn’t working (wear and tear) and they immediately replaced them. Management was on top of everything!

Nice place! Super clean. Only a few minute drive from activities, stores, and restaurants. It was nice to be able to enjoy the game room after the kids went to sleep. Manager was very helpful and nice when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay

Great family vacation

We had 10 people staying at the house. It was in a great location on the lake. It was easy to access the lake and didn’t have too many stairs for the grandparents. The kids ages 8-16 enjoyed the game room, the sound system, the hot tub, all the tvs, and all the lights. The dock was great for tying up the boat and fishing off of. We highly recommend staying in this home with a large group like ours. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property and great service. House was comfortable for adults and kids. We were in town for a family birthday so did not get to adventure on the lake — nice dock area so would recommend getting a boat during the stay to get to the open water. The owners/property management team were very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great trip

Great Home for Large Group

The home was great and the host was great. Sooooo many entertainment options as far as lighting, TVs everywhere, hot tub, pool table, etc. It was very clean and the setup was great. It was also very well stocked as far as toiletries, kitchen items, and anything you would really need. The host was also super helpful and down to earth so he was easy to work with getting checked in and showing us how to use everything. I would say the only drawbacks of the whole property is that the canal its on is pretty much unswimmable so although you may think you are "on the water" you really arent unless you have a boat. Not a knock if you expect it because everything else about the property is great.

The Big/Fun House

What an awesome place to spend time with family. It was a graduation trip for our granddaughter …and all three grandkids cannot stop talking about their trip. Especially the Home away from Home experience at The Grand Point Escape. The lighting details of this house is phenomenal. They absolutely loved it!!! Game room has something for everyone! Awesome, friendly and accommodating host…Jasen, wants more than anything for you to have a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house. This house is incredible. Its only drawback is the waterfront; not exactly conducive to dips in the lake. We rented a boat, however, and the dock made small work of getting out on the open water!

Spring Break Family Getaway

House was very clean. Lighting/Music was awesome. Loved outside deck w/fireplace (made s'mores) until it snowed a couple days later (but we loved the last white winter scenery for the year!) Owner, Jason, was prompt to respond to any questions, comments we had. He was very hospitable! Will definitely be returning - maybe to one of his other properties!!

Fantastic House and Host

Perfect house to get together with old friends. We had unseasonably cold weather so we had to modify our outdoor plans. There was so much to do in the game room, we didn’t really mind the bad weather. Host was outstanding and really helpful throughout the stay.
