Our kids asked us to buy the house!

Our stay at this beautiful home was truly unforgettable! The house itself is stunningly designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a warm, luxurious, and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a perfect fit for our family, and our kids quickly fell in love with it—so much so that they repeatedly asked if we could buy it and make it our own! The kids were completely captivated by the pool; it was nearly impossible to get them out of it! Every morning and afternoon, they were back in the water, enjoying endless hours of fun. The game room was also a big hit, providing entertainment and activities that kept everyone engaged. It was the perfect setup for our family to enjoy quality time together while also having plenty of options to relax and play. Additionally, the layout of the house offered both communal and private spaces, giving everyone room to unwind and enjoy a little personal space when needed. The location was ideal, and the view was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create wonderful memories, and we’re already talking about planning our next visit!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay at this home. We did rent a pontoon boat for one of the days bc the younger guests wanted to do some tube and it's always nice to cruise the lake and look at all the beautiful scenery and homes. The private dock was great. However, there was plenty to do at the house if we hadn't rented the boat. Kayaks were fun, especially since they had the fishing pole holders. We had several in the bunch who enjoyed fishing from the kayaks as well as from the dock. The kids loved the game room! We utilized the pool. Although it was small, it was wonderful to sit and sun in the pool chairs and 4 or so of us could get in at the same time to just cook off. The putting green and the giant connect four were also fun. The back porch was nice to sit in the morning and watch the sun come up and the side sitting area with the outdoor firepit was nice in the early afternoons as it was shady. We didn't use the actual firepit but the area around it was awesome with the changing lights on the large outdoor orbs at night. The interior was clean and spacious and all the lighting and fixtures were beautiful. All 14 of us enjoyed watching the Razorbacks play on the large TV, especially since they won and there was plenty of room for all to enjoy. TY SO MUCH! Note to mgr, not a complaint: R side oven burner worked but made the center burner click. 5 other burners, no biggie, the patio grill bottom needs to be cleaned. The top grate was clean but underneath kept catching on fire.

A beautiful home!

We recently stayed here with my 3 siblings and their spouses. We loved that we each had our own large bedroom and bathroom, and the house was absolutely gorgeous, as was the view. My family was extremely impressed with the house and all it's offerings, and we all enjoyed the water equipment, pool, and game room. We also loved that we could all sit at the dining table to eat and play games. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. The only slight negative I can think of was that there were a few places that could have been a tad cleaner- mainly the floors and the blue velvet couch. My suggestion would be to use and leave an electric sweeper for the guests. There were brooms, but it's just so hard to pick up every single thing with a broom. That's a very small complaint though. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Stylish, spacious lake house

Very stylish house with beautiful view of the lake. Definitely one of the top places we’ve stayed in Arkansas. Great amenities with the pool, game room and kayaks. It was great for our family of four but would be even better for a larger group. Nice covered boat dock that we didn’t use this stay but we’ll definitely take advantage of next time.
