The entire reason we booked this hotel was for the nice pool and hot tub. I think got there and went to swim and the pool was closed for the season, it was very disappointing and heart breaking to my child.

The room was extremely dirty, bathtub looked like many people had showered and no one had cleaned it the floor was brown… the beds looked like the bedding hadn’t been washed urin stains and blood on the bedding. All the amenity’s were shut down or not working. I could not bring myself and my daughter to sleep in that filthiness.

The room had dog hair all over the floors. The did not have fresh bedding on it, but was made. The floor that was in front of the Jacuzzi tub clearly had a hole in the floor and was just covered up by tile. Staff offered us a different room. That one had only 1 towel in it and shower curtain wasn’t clean.
