The view was amazing. The unit was clean. They have internet sufficient to work remotely, with family also online. ;) That was a plus. Appreciated the lower unit (no stairs). Didn't realize how much I appreciated until I noticed other visitors hauling luggage. For those of us not familiar with gated communities, reco some type of light to be able to see the keypad after dark at the gate. Would also reco different unit door light as bugs are MANY and attracted to the point its a gauntlet to access after dark without all the bugs following you in. Would we stay here again? Absolutely....

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view. Walking in, it smelled wonderful and was clean. The hosts were kind. They made checking in and out easy. Plus you can’t beat the price! I felt safe staying there with my 7 year old! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

This rental looks just like it is pictured. It was clean. I was impressed that the bedroom, bathroom, and living room areas are all a good size and spacious. Josh, the host was very polite, attentive, accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered straight away, even before my stay. He was very helpful and kept in contact before and right after my stay. The lake view was wonderful. I felt like they had the best view and location on the end. The only thing I would do differently next time, would be to extend my stay another day, so I can sit outside and relax and soak up the view. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Josh & family for sharing your rental with me. I will be back. Sincerely, C

Josh is very responsive to questions. He welcomed with drinks and cinnamon rolls for pur first morning. The condo was clean and in working order. Pleasantly decorated. The view is beautiful and the river is quiet and peaceful. The condo is a 20 minute drive from downtown hot springs and from the lake area, 15 minutes from the grocery stores if you forgot anything. Oh, and the river is quieter on weekdays since there are less boats. It's also located far up the mountain away from traffic noise. I want to come.back here again. Thanks, Josh.
