on appearances the room (4) was clean - modern & attractive & we very much appreciated the room was pre cooled for us on such a hot day.However on check in at reception - no smiling greeting & room information was delivered in a very blunt & unsmiling manner !! need to treat for cockroaches in tea/coffee area ?? they are BIG !

Chech in and out was easy and staff were so so friendly. As we arrived late afternoon in was handy to have a restaurant at the hotel for ease of a meal. The restaurant was amazing food with also very friend staff who made the dining experience all that more enjoyable. My only criticism was the single be I slept in was in need of a serious upgrade. But other than that I recommend this hotel and look foward to any future stays.
