2 minutes from private neighborhood boat ramp located Lake LBJ directly across from Escondido Golf Course. Large back yard with basic patio and Cowboy Pool. Lots of parking including a spot to park boat or trailer. Golf cart available to rent for $75/day. Boat to rent as well to experienced boaters for $250.00/day.
