This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 11 people is located in Hopfgarten im Brixental in Tyrol, in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 1030 meters, and offers breathtaking views of the Kitzbühel Alps.
The chalet has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining table, 4 large bedrooms (one with an extra single bed) and 2 modern bathrooms. You can park directly in the underground car park, where there is also a ski storage room. The chalet also offers a beautiful garden with a terrace where there is also a wood-heated hot tub.
Hopfgarten in the Brixental with the impressive panoramic Hohe Salve mountain is one of the sunniest communities in the Kitzbühel Alps and offers a number of hiking and cycling trails as well as excursion destinations in the varied Tyrolean mountains. The Hohe Salve panoramic mountain is connected to the Wilder Kaiser mountaineering and winter sports paradise.
In Hopfgarten im Brixental, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area has 90 lifts, over 70 huts, several fun parks, ski movie trails and, together with the adjacent KitzSki ski area, offers a total of over 500 kilometers of slopes.
Especially in winter, please note that the last 3 km to the chalet are on a steep asphalt mountain road where snow chains are required.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Sehr gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage. Genauso wie auf den Bildern.
Das man durch die Garagen direkt ins Haus gehen kann ist ein großer Vorteil. So konnten wir unsere Wanderschuhe im trockenen ausziehen und sind mit sauberen Füßen ins Haus.
Fahrt vom Haus ins Tal ca. 10 Minuten.
Kontakt mit Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
Ausreichend Küchenutensilien vorhanden, sehr bequeme Betten und total gemütliche Bettwäsche!
Eine kleine Gefriermöglichkeit wäre noch super, die ist leider nicht vorhanden.
Ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt! Brötchenservice jeden Tag genutzt, Backwaren lecker und frisch. Wir werden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Chalet in guter Lage
Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und viel Platz, um auch mit 2 Familien mit Kindern ausreichend Raum zu haben. An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche gewünscht, wir wussten uns aber zu helfen. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Alle notwendigen Einkäufe lassen sich im Tal besorgen. Man sollte auf Schneefall vorbereitet sein. Bei viel Schneefall hat man ohne Allrad / Schneeketten keine Chance hoch zum Haus zu kommen. Es ist gut Nachbarn und einen sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes Haus in luftiger Höhe. Hielt was das Inserat versprach . Haben uns alle Wohlgefühlt. Anfahrt nicht ohne ! (Kehren ohne Ende) , aber erstmal oben - echt schön 😊 Nette Vermieter und problemlose Abwicklung . Für kleine Kinder sind die Hänge nur eingeschränkt von Vorteil. Der Ball war nach kurzer Zeit Richtung Tal unterwegs und konnte nur unter Bergsteigereinsatz wiedererlangt werden. Alles in Allem eine tolle Woche in schöner Umgebung.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Aussicht
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön am Berg und hat eine tolle Aussicht!
Die Anfahrt erfolgt über viele Serpentinen und ist kein Problem, wenn man vor den Kurven vorsichtig fährt.
Morgens zum Frühstück genießt man dafür die Morgensonne. Da die Sonne nachmittags hinter dem Haus ist, konnte man auch zu dieser Zeit trotz Hitze schön im Schatten auf der Terrasse sitzen. Es gibt sowohl Lounge-Möbel als auch eine Biertischgarnitur sowie einen Grill für das Essen.
Es fehlt lediglich etwas Platz für die Kinder zum toben, da fast alles Hanglage hat.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet fast alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (3,6) genug Platz.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wurde auch schnell eine Lösung für den fehlenden Gefrierschrank gefunden.
Wanderungen kann man bei Bedarf direkt vom Haus starten. Zur Mittelstation der Hohen Salve läuft man ca. 30-45min bergauf.
Alles in Summe hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
