I’ve stated the best Western several times now. Easy parking, I appreciate the charging stations for my hybrid car, the workout facility is very good, the rooms are comfortable, the dining room restaurant is very good. My only complaint is that when you book through a third-party such as Expedia, you are treated as a second class citizen. In the welcome packet, there is a description of a discount voucher When I called about Said voucher. It’s only if you booked direct. I also asked for a different room facing the water… Again that option is only available when you book direct.

Not worth Staying Here

Worst beds I have ever slept in. The bed squeaked and the mattress was saggy and old. Service in the bar was awful. They do not understand customer service. The pool and spa were broken the first day and then they over chlorinated. The spa was around 95 degrees and the jets would not come on.
