LOVED everything! The hosts were amazing. We needed help a few times and the hosts were really easy to get ahold of and responded right away. So we were really grateful about that. Also, having the walking distance to hotel’s beach and beautiful sunset was a bonus. Highly recommended!

Park shore Waikiki is a great location right across from the beach! Our stay was great! Super friendly and helpful staff. Whenever we called for anything- extra blankets, towels or a safe that wouldn’t lock, the service was quick! The room was small and basic but we knew that upon booking. You are also able to use 3 items a day from the beach candy rental place down the street for boogie boards, beach chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas etc. The day we checked out, we didn't fly out until midnight and we used their baggage storage to store our bags all day and was given a key card for the common areas to use the pool, towels and bathroom which was an unexpected bonus! I recommend if you’re looking for an affordable accommodation on the beach!

Hotel is in a great location for someone with a bad ankle. You didn't have to leave the hotel for great food at Lulu's and an ABC convenience store attached through the lobby.The noise is high between the revving motorcycles, loud music in cars, lulu's sporting events as people scream at the top of their lungs, construction next door, or the occasional bull horn of the police kicking someone off the beach after midnight. No fault of the hotel just part of the ambiance or lack of. It may be quieter more than 6 floors up lol. I'm a daytime napper so I was fine. Cheers

The hotel has very old renovations, the rooms are dirty with stains, the floors are torn, the curtains are torn, the bathroom taps are broken, the staff only cleaned it twice in 7 days. On the positive side, the view and location are good and the cafe is not bad, but this hotel is not worth the money and does not reach 4 stars, and this was a cheap room at almost the highest price, so be careful.

Great location, but disappointing overall stay Pros: The hotel has a beautiful ocean view and very easy beach access—just across the road. A bus stop is located directly in front of the property, which is convenient if you don’t have a car. The staff were generally friendly. Cons: We encountered cockroaches every morning when turning on the lights before sunrise—this happened daily. There was also a bathroom drain issue. While it was repaired the next day, we were required to check out and switch rooms for one night, which resulted in losing about four hours of sleep. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, but after lengthy discussions, they eventually provided a room. The following day, new guests were checked in immediately, which was frustrating. Beach chairs and umbrellas are advertised as free, but they are actually provided by a third-party shop next door. They are only free for the same day, must be returned by 5 PM, require online registration, and a $5 deposit using a physical credit or debit card (digital wallets not accepted). Availability is limited after noon, and long lines are common for both pickup and return. Free coffee and tea are available from 7 AM to 10 PM, but there is often a wait due to having only one machine. Green tea was unavailable after the first day of our four-day stay. At checkout, when I mentioned the cockroach and bathroom issues, a front desk staff member was unprofessional but they did a damage control with resort fee offer.

We like the Park Shore! Staff is super nice and extremely helpful, especially Angel. Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 this time is because of the construction next door. I wish I’d been notified in advance. That’s all.

Staff, room was great. Cleaning staff were super friendly. Staff were there to help right away anything you need. The valet staff very friendly and really try to remember there guests and give them personalized service.
