We had a room that had an adjoining room which had a locked door , but it certainly didn’t isolate us from the NOISE that was generated from the occupants of that room.

Great location, wonderful house keeping staff, check in and others not the friendliest staff in Hawaii. most of the staff just seemed to be going thru the motions not really enjoying working for a great brand. This was the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed at. you don't close doors, all doors need to be slammed closed to close properly. I could hear the people moving around upstairs. Not a place you want to stay if you want to get some rest. Wifi was terrible I had to use my phone to work on my iPad.

The views were beautiful. It was a little loud because we were right above the voyager patio so there was a lot of partying and at night and babies, crying and service trays in the morning but overall it was a lovely stay. I was a little shocked that the beach was no longer cause I stayed there many years ago and was able to walk all the way down the beach and today the water goes all the way up to the restaurant so that would be nice to know I would think in the future. It’s not really outrigger reef on the beach anymore. It’s kind of outrigger reef on the water but overall the staff was incredible. The location of the room was amazing. The amenities in the hotel were great. The restaurants were great. The pool was beautiful. The stores were great. We particularly liked the breakfast at the monkey pod And shocked that it was free. That made up for the expensive parking which was $60 a day. One recommendation would be to get a floor length mirror and maybe a light in the closet cause it’s kind of dark in there so two ladies getting ready made it a little difficult.

The hotel was done a wonderful job remodeling. Rooms are clean, staff are absolutely amazing and location is perfect. We plan on staying there again when we go back

We struggled the entire week to get our room cleaned including getting fresh towels. Seems they were more concerned with cleaning rooms from people leaving; rather than taking care of current occupants. Toilet rolls too; we were out all week. I asked the housekeeper in the hall and she hesitated to give toilet rolls to me.
