Host inattentive. False advertisement as the unit was not newly remodeled. The carpet was very dirty and stained. TV did not work. There was no coffee maker. The pool and spa were being remodeled so not available for use. There was no parking pass as advertised so we had to pay 50 for the first day of parking and we are still waiting to supposedly get reimbursed. They did provide a pass the next day fortunately.Koko property management sent someone to fix the tv but did not inform of us that this would be happening. We came back from a long day of exploring and realized someone had been in the unit as they decided to fix a window and left metal parts in the trash. The tv was still not repaired. We discussed this with the property management and advised them to communicate better. It seems that they could have at least left a note. The beds were old and mushy. I would not stay here again. It is clear the place is not cared for by the owner and in dire need of investments.
