The room and facility are clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The amenities included are great! Including in-room supplies and out-door activities. It's nearby a variety of places to eat, mini-marts and a short walk from the beach. The bus stop is right next to it as well. The only negative part I have is that the elevator is reaaally slow and the up/down indicator lights aren't working. Also, the hall in front of the ground floor elevators is very narrow.

Hotel is ok… good location regarding getting in and out and walks to beach near Ft. Derusy. Limited on-site parking with $48 daily charge but has in out privileges. What could be better: 1. Street side rooms (we were on 5th floor) are extremely loud with road noise. 2. They charge a $30 daily resort fee but then only service every three days. Otherwise we didn’t use any of the resort services but we had to paid the fee anyway. 3. Coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus, but bring your own service items as there are none in the room.

Stayed at Turtle Bay so normally wouldn’t stay at this place. Had delay so had to quickly find accommodation. Nothing flash, but good value compared to the other rip off options in the area. Clean and decent.

Shower had hair all over it and staff reasonably responded to it. It took over 24 hours to have it cleaned. Outside of that, staff was very friendly and we had a great stay!
