The counter staff is excellent. We were checked in quickly. The man printed out a document for me and even made it in a Word document for readability The breakfast was lackluster. Frozen pasties and no protein choices. The room was outdated & showed signs of wear n tear. However, it was very clean. Mahalo

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the bed, we slept so well. Staff is fabulous! Having a nice light breakfast available in the early morning was a great way to start our day. It is walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. It was a great location for a few nights stay ahead of a cruise departure.

Room was clean. Hotel needs to be refurbished. We stayed there prior to getting on a cruise ship; I would not recommend staying there for a few nights. Great location, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is noisy; there is a business next door. Breakfast was ok.

Clean room, friendly staff, good water pressure. Nice view of the city. Within walking distance to amazing food and shops. Birds around the patio continental breakfast were annoying. It's close to the beach about a 6 min walk. They have a nice simple breakfast. We've stayed here before and it was great but this time the rooms weren't as clean as we remembered. But I would still come back for the convenience and friendly staff!

The hotel was in a fabulous location and had a wonderful and very helpful staff. The hotel itself and the rooms are very dated and could use some refreshing. The Koi Pond is so incredibly beautiful, but unfortunately it’s the smoking area so that really limits the time you would want to spend there. The other thing I did not care for and I do recognize that many hotels are doing this now is that if you want an early check-in, and I mean, like 30 minutes early there is a fee for that now. For a night or two this is perfect And I always live by my motto you get what you pay for.

We paid to have breakfast but the first day there was no milk and no bread available! The seating is very limited for size of hotel. There was no yogurt as stated on breakfast menu the only fruit available for two days were oranges and some apples on one day. When I complained to reception was told they had had a rush but a large hotel should be able to cater for all their guests. We didn’t get value for the money we paid on booking.
