Perfect stay

Love staying here. The location is a snorkel spot. Small number of units. Lovely pool. We only left our place 1x in three days. No need to go anywhere else!

Great stay

We loved the location, unit, view. The unit is 1 of 20, so quiet and very friendly. Small heated pool, fantastic view and beach front for snorkeling, whale watching, and great sunsets. Others commented on the parking spot, so we were prepared and rented a car so no problem getting in and out. We had a KIA Forte and that seemed like the right size.

Gorgeous View, Amazing Kitchen, Just Perfect!

One of the most well-appointed VRBO homes we've stayed at! We love to cook & the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. From cookware, utensils, all the extras & fun beach life serve ware. The kitchen is spacious, remodeled, tons of storage & counter space & looks out directly to the gorgeous view of the ocean & sunset. The size of the condo is perfect. The units on this end of the building are wider & very spacious. The sliding glass doors fill the entire front of the unit making the view extra spectacular. This unit is in a very quiet area of the overall property tucked near the corner. You can hear the upstairs guests a little but it didn't bother us at all. We love the walk-out accessibility of the first floor units at Hoyochi Nikko. We have stayed at the property 4 times in 4 different units. This one definitely our favorite! The bathroom is remodeled with new shower and vanity. Super nice! Bedroom has a wall a/c unit that kept the room perfect temperature. The mattress was cozy, a variety of pillows were provided and the bedding was very clean and soft. Hoyochi Nikko is a gem of a development. With only a few units it is a quiet place to stay with pool and depending on time of year, a sandy beach. We always see turtles right in front and in the early months of the year the whales are easily seen breaching right off the shore. This unit provided binoculars which was great for whale watching.

Beautiful and relaxing

The views and location are beautiful! We chose this stay because of the views and it didn’t disappoint. You can’t beat being able to walk out of your living room directly to the ocean.

Loved it!

This was our first trip to Hawaii. This condo was perfect! It's a smaller property (18 condos), so no crowded pools, etc. We could sit in the beach chairs, listen to the surf, and see whales playing in the distance. We even saw 2 huge turtles down the beach. We had a problem with a light switch, which the property manager promptly fixed. Terrific location! We will stay here again! On a side note, it would be great if the property would heat the swimming pool in cooler weather.

Beautiful Oceanside Location

You could not ask for a better location if you want to be right on the ocean and occasionally have sea turtles on your beach. The condo had everything we needed and the outside property is very well-maintained. The parking area is a little problematic, very small spaces. Overall I highly recommend this condo.

paradise!!!

Ok , this is truly a paradise! The view and the sunsets are amazing and the condo was clean well stocked and decor was tasteful. The beach was right outside your door and snorkeling with many fish and sea turtles . Also a pool and grill with a patio all with ocean views . This is truly a gem!

Maui Condo

Nicely maintained clean kitchen and bath. Good lighting and great access to the pool and beach. As a ground floor unit other guests have a clear view inside so privacy is a little limited. Location is great with access to commercial facilities and other hotels. Biggest issue is parking, no guest parking at all and our reserved spot was underground in a far corner that substantially limits access.

Beautiful Maui Condominium

What a lovely condominium on a beautiful beach in west Maui. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and fastidiously maintained. The condominium is attractively furnished and comes with every appliance and gadget you could possibly need. The condo was spic and span when we arrived! I should mention the parking. The assigned parking space is underneath the building over hang which is quite low (5’7”) and the space is against the wall. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider. A small car is best here!

We had a wonderful stay here and would return. It’s quiet and relaxing.

We loved Maui and the condo was well located, clean, had a beautiful sunset view, and was great for us. It’s not a fancy place, and my only complaints are: 1) the front door let’s in a lot of light, making it bright at night for sleeping and needs a curtain (or a new door) 2) the bed was comfortable but it’s warm in the bedroom and the window unit AC is super loud and needs to be cleaned. We made it work though and those issues seemed minor when compared to the fun we had and the pleasure we took in the view. The kitchen was super clean and well stocked.

A room with a view!

The condo was very clean and had Everything one could need. The outdoor area, view , lanai , ocean was incredible. If you stay here request that the bathroom filter be cleaned before your arrival. That would be my only complaint. I would most definately return again.

Beautiful

The condo was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic. The grounds were well groomed, the pool was clean and the view of the ocean was phenomenal. A sea turtle came up on the beach on our last day. He hung around for 30 minutes or so before turning himself around and heading out to sea. It was so cool! The only negative was the parking. All spots were assigned. Those units with a parking spot in the garage should be aware that that clearance is 5’9” so a jeep or any tall vehicle will not fit.

Top 3 Rental we’ve ever stayed in

Sometimes you wish these sites had a “top 3” checkbox so you can differentiate your favorites from the other 5 stars, this would get a top 3 from us. We got so lucky with this rental we couldn’t believe it. We loved the little town, the condo complex, swimming with the fish and turtles right in the backyard, watching the sunset from the lanai. Can’t recommend enough

We WILL be back!

My husband and I vacationed at Hoyochi Nikko #102 for 10 nights. This was our 8th visit to Maui. We wish we had found this place sooner. Being that there are only 8 condos, makes for a quiet, less busy place to stay. Our number one choice for staying here was the A/C in the bedroom. We love a cold room. In addition, having our own washer/dryer. The condo itself, is very clean and has everything you need. The king size bed is firm, which caused us sleepless nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
