Great place in Hong Kong

Butterfly Victoria is great for relaxation after long days in Hong Kong, location was good for me personally, and the staff was really helpful when needed. I happen to love the Butterfly hotels and use them each time I travel to Hong Kong.

Quality Customer Service

The staff could not do enough to assist us when we stayed. They are well trained, knowledgeable and pro-active - nothing was a bother to them. Well done to all staff at the Butterfly on Victoria.

My second stay here. Love the neighborhood. The staff are great, always helpful, very attentive. Rooms are good for the price, fairly quiet and big enough to relax.Lo-stress stay, my favorite!.

Very very convenient but room a bit small even they upgrade my room and the first day when I back to my room for concall meeting at 12:30am, my room still not yet cleaning, as for environmental protection, I gave up cleaning that day😂 front desk is very helpful!

Great hotel, great location with easy access to the MTR and trams, would definitely recommend. WiFi hotspot was a nice touch and worked well though battery didn't last a full day. If you're not used to HK sized apartments you'd probably find the rooms very small, but it's a nice efficient layout so worked well.

Cozy and clean hotel near MTR and great dining

The hotel location is excellent, being near the MTR station, great dining choices, and the shopping area. The staff were hospitable, attentive and friendly. The room was cozy and clean, though a bit small as is common in HK. Our request for a quiet room was granted as we were billeted on the upper floor. The hotel provided pocket wifi and a mobile phone for free, which made it all the more convenient as these are necessities for any tourist exploring the city. Our stay was very comfortable. The manager, Kenneth, even surprised me with birthday pastries! We had a great experience. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location

Check in and check out was a Breeze! The room is right in front of the lift and was a bit noisy as the window is facing the main road (no view as it’s covered up). The safety box was also not working but the staff rectified it promptly. Overall, the staff are very friendly and the location is great!

Stayed in this hotel for the best part of a month. No major complaints for Wi-Fi was a bit patchy sometimes but not often. Front of house and housekeeping staff were outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Convenient to stay

Easy accessible by commuting Citybus to and fro airport via bus A11 within a short walking distance. Near MTR Tien Hau. Restaurant, McDonalds and 7-Eleven are just around the corner. Pocket wifi is a plus for this family friendly hotel. Service and room cleanliness are tip top. Will definitely recommend for others.
