We liked the area , great vibe, fun for a week. The house was nice well equipped and conveniently located. The host was very helpful. The dock was super easy to launch my boat from with a hose and water at he ramp for rinse off. I would defiantly return.

The house is light, bright and welcoming. But the attention to detail is not there. There were a few issues with the house when we arrived, dryer didn’t work, primary bath ceiling fan didn’t work. The owner resolved the dryer. For Homosassa, this is probably the best place we could have found for the price and it’s great for a weekend stay or if you have a boat that you could utilize the slip.

This was such a comfy/cozy place that my girls trip never left the place beyond a grocery trip. We spent the whole weekend curled up reading, crafting, working on a puzzle, and cooking together. The only con is that you’re not on a river, so being in the area we were, it wasn’t as convenient to utilize the springs.

Hurricane Relief

We were looking for a nice place on the nature coast while our home in St Petersburg was being repaired after last year’s hurricane. We needed a kitchen where we could prepare meals, and a living space to relax. This villa was beautiful and we were able to cook, walk the neighborhood, see the sites, and eat some delicious scallops and grouper. Loved the decor, which was also very comfortable.
