We absolutely love it here. My husband and I stay here a couple times a year for a getaway. The staff is always pleasant. They are renovating the hotel, but it is not affecting the stay at all. I highly recommend this hotel. I cannot wait for my next stay!

Front desk was rude We were told we were going to a crib in the room We called 3 times to make sure we were told it was a crib and not a pack n play When we showed up there was no crib when I called I was told that tgey would send one up right away I waited then called back and was told the houseman was busy vacuuming and would come up after he was finished I told them it was unacceptable my son in law had to go and get it There was no crib it was a pack n play I was told this is all they had tgey don’t have cribs The front desk young man was rude and didn’t care he said he talked to his manager who would not talk to me and he said they have cribs I would never stay here ever again Had it not been thanksgiving evening i would have driven home Horrible experience

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed here because odds the pool and hot tub. They were clean and well maintained, just need better ventilation. Honestly the only complaint. Breakfast was very good also.
