Great property, great location.

Location couldn't be any better...on a great, quiet street with outstanding beach access used by 81st street residents. The beach access is sort of camouflaged which makes it great for a less crowded beach experience. House was great, kitchen had everything you need, pool was small but perfect for taking a dip after a tough day at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Florida get-a-way

Our stay in Holmes Beach/Anna Maria Island was wonderful. The property was great and we had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was provided including beach chairs, umbrella and the like. The kitchen is well stocked. The place was beautiful, clean, and close to everything. We loved the pool and the back yard - so very private. Would go back in a minute!!!!!!

Perfect house in a wonderful town

Exceptionally well equipped, furnished and maintained. The location is one block from the beach. Lots of puzzles, games and books, which would have been helpful to know about before we packed. We would book again. But alas it is virtually fully booked,

Delightful Peaceful Holmes

House is so comfortable, furnished very nice, kitchen has everything and 3 baths a real plus. Two king masters perfect. Such a short walk to beach. Patio is perfect for playing cards and enjoying being outside!

Ideal Location -- Property is as Nice as Listing

Fantastic Location with beach access just 1/2 block away. I believe this home was recently renovated and whoever did the decor should get an award for staying true to the laid back beach atmosphere of AMI. The home itself is very comfortable with two of the three bedrooms being fairly large. The kitchen is fully equipped.

I have already submitted a review, but have not gotten any feedback from you or Vacasa concerning the issues I had during our stay. The home was fine, but my dealings with Vacasa were not. I called three times about no sheets for one of the beds, and was told they would be delivered, but they weren't. Although informed we would be charged for disarming the door alarms, they did not work when we arrived and one fell off the wall!

Great beach access

My family of 6 enjoyed our fall beach vacation at this home. It is close to the beach...just a few houses away from the sand with no roads to cross. It was immaculately clean and had all the cooking things we needed for a week. The pool is small, but was plenty for fun with the kids. I would stay here again.

Great getaway.

I should begin by saying that the house is just as nice and cozy as pictured. I was skeptical at first because booking online can often lead to misleading properties. This was not the case. We walked in and the property was extremely clean, smelled great, and beautiful! The pool is actually slightly bigger in real life than in the pictures. Perfect for a family of 5 and we took our 2 year old son. The kitchen is equip with everything you could possibly need (and then some) and it’s extremely close to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved the comfy, clean, and beach vibe of Peaceful Holmes! Private access to the the beach at the end of the street was perfect yet we enjoyed the backyard pool and oasis every morning and evening. It's just an easy bike/golf cart ride to ice cream shops, skate park, restaurants, and quaint shops. The beach extras, stocked kitchen, and location make this one of our family's favorite FL rentals.

Perfection

Except for the minor detail that the house wasn’t ready at check in time, everything else was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Good size and separation of bedrooms. Walk to beach in a couple of minutes and pool was wonderful when weather was too windy for the beach. We’d rebook in a heartbeat.

Peaceful stay at Peaceful Home

We really loved Peaceful Home. The location is perfect., the decor is charming and the outside area is a delightful setting with the charming, little pool as it’s centerpiece.

Nice place, close to the beach. It was a bit cold when we were there, wish they would have had a hot tub or turned the pool up a little. Other then that we would stay again!

Great house with heated pool

This house was perfect for our vacation. My husband and I went with another couple, and the set up on this was perfect. There were two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with there own bathrooms, so there was privacy when sleeping. Pool was great, with outdoor furniture and grill. Just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of beach chairs for our use. The house had plenty of dishes, and cook ware for our use. Was only here a week would loved to have stayed longer.

I have stayed here 3 times so what does that say. Perfect location along with a bright cheery house with 3 full size bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything for your beach day right at the house. We will be back next year.

Incredible vacation house!

This was our first family beach vacation and this house was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed, it was a quick walk to the beach and all the toys provided, with a great pool and quiet street. We had such a wonderful time our kids didn't want to leave! :)
