Gorgeous home in great location

This house is just lovely. Nice big bedrooms, comfortable beds, nicely laid out. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. The pool was gorgeous and the perfect temperature. Very short walk to the beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

A week of beautiful weather, home is lovely with a very convenient ground level office area for quiet work. Huge kitchen , high ceilings , lovely pool, block off the beach . Perfect trip

Spotless and spacious

The back yard and outdoor living areas were an absolute oasis. Decor was coastal and fresh and modern. Bathrooms for every bedroom make it a perfect family retreat. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants - all within walking distance. If you want to head to bridge street area, the free shuttle stops were right on the corner. Property managers were very responsive to any questions we had. Terrific stay!

Nice property in a great location

This home is in a great location. Very close to the beach. It was a beautiful rental. We had a few minor hiccups but the management company was very responsive and on top of things. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there. It was a great getaway home. Highly recommended.

Don't expect needed household items

I'll start by saying this house is perfectly located and beautiful inside. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because they give you one tall trash bag, a tiny dishwashing soap (lasted a day) the bare minimum for toilet paper, and zero cooking essentials -like salt and pepper! We were there for a week so we had to buy these essentials. There is also an incredibly annoying alarm that goes off every time you open the sliding door to go to the pool. You have to consciously push a button which gives you 5 seconds to get in or out. If you have kids or anybody who is not exactly quick on their feet, you will be hearing that alarm again and again. We called the management company and insisted that they have it disengaged. The Maintenance guy came over that night and did it, but it still required us to make a big fuss about it before they did anything.

Family Beach Vacay

Great home and great location! We really enjoyed this trip! This home had everything we needed. Power went out (not bad weather related) for a time but management was quick to resolve! The ONLY recommendation is take bug spray as the mosquitoes are bad around the pool. Other than that, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean & close!

The house was beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It is close to the beach - perfect distance of traveling with young children! And the communication with AMI Locals couldn’t have been better. We will be back!

The first thing that surprised me was that the house totally matches the photos! When we came in, it was beautiful surprise, the house is beautiful, clean, spacious, with beautiful positive colors, we felt very pleasant here, we enjoyed a beautiful vacation, or we did not want to go home, it was a shame that it ran away so fast :-) Our children have loved the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool and children can play different games. The top-floor terraces are something that can not be forgotten.! We are very excited to overcome our expectations and we certainly have not been here last! ☺️

Relaxing, fun, island life!

This home and this little island is all I needed to recharge. The rooftop views from this house amazed me every evening. It was one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever walked into and AMI Locals was more than happy to answer any questions I had!
