Our townhome is beach front and bodacious! With gulf views, a heated pool, private parking, wifi, three 65 inch TV's, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, three private patio areas and comfortable sleeping for up to six adults, you won't want to leave! Literally steps to the beach and includes beach gear. No need for a car! Take the free trolley or the free monkey bus or walk one block to restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. We have you covered! Our condo is smoke and pet free.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. This place has it all! Absolutely immaculate, prime location, all the beach items you need and an accommodating host. We appreciate Laura for getting a Christmas tree in place for my kids - it was just perfect. Christmas on Mantee Beach was top notch! The pod of dolphins was the icing on the cake! We will be back!

Laura was incredible to work with. She communicated excellent from the start!! Got our pre arrival instructions early!The condo was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space and towels. The most impressive part was all the beach accessories that were available for us to use. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and even goggles!! Great location. Pool was a nice refresher after the beach. This place exceeded our expectations!Thank you Laura.

Anna Maria stay

Over all a nice place to stay, wonderful location, the pool is quiet and private. Poor communication with owner. We were concerned that we would not have access to the property when we had to drive hours to get there we never receive door codes per email that should have been sent in the morning of our arrival. I And when we asked about beach items it too 4 days for a response. So we ended up buying our own items. They have a great supply of them, but we didn’t have the access. Again, we should have received the access code, but never got that either.

Location is amazing!

Great location being right across from the beach, the cafe/restaurant on the beach, Publix, and Skinnys restaurant as well. Also, if you have a car or golf cart it is super easy to get to either side of the island for the other beaches. We really enjoyed going over to Anna Maria for the restaurants and shopping area on Pine Ave. Condo was super clean and had all the things you could need for cooking, brewing coffee, extra sheets, puzzles, games, etc. Be sure to ask about the storage closet that has the beach supplies! Lot of good stuff in there to use for all ages. Very spacious room size and closet size in the master bedroom. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the condo. Really relaxing to sit out there & our toddler loved being able to go out there and play with his toys.

Spring break by the beach

Great location to the beach. It really is a 2 minute walk to the beach if there is no traffic. The pool was really nice. The condo was nice and clean and Laura was easy to work with. We are considering coming back to this condo soon.

Perfect get away spot to enjoy everything Anna Maria has to offer!

We had an amazing stay at this property on Anna Maria Island! It was exactly as described—beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with public beach access right across the street and an easy walk to Publix and CVS.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it feel like a home away from home. One of our favorite spots was the balcony, where we could relax, listen to the ocean, feel the breeze, and enjoy the view of the pool. A huge bonus was the owner's beach supply closet, stocked with a wagon, cooler, toys, chairs, noodles, and an umbrella—such a thoughtful touch, especially for those traveling by plane!The owner was very responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. While the condo is in a central area with traffic nearby, it was peaceful and quiet inside, so it didn’t bother us at all. The location made it easy to access everything on the island, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely book this property again!

Super location and space

So convenient to shopping, dining, beach, bike path. Condo is beautifully decorated. All questions were promptly answered. Covered parking and spacious guest suites were beyond expectations. So many amenities we did not even have time to enjoy all of them. Will definitely need to come back. Thank you for an amazing opportunity, fun times, and family memories.

Great condo. Very clean and comfortable

The condo is furnished and cleaned as if the owner spends time in it. Great kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The pool was warm, even in December. The condo is on the busiest corner on the island for traffic so you'll hear the cars and trucks going by when you're outside but you're also right across the street from Publix and the beach cafe.. with live music most nights. The trolley also stops right across the street so you have access to the whole island without worrying about parking. Easy access to SR64 if you want to head into Bradenton.

Great experience

Great beaches just across the street with a tiki bar and food. Clean and spacious condo with 3 patios.. AMI is wonderful with many great restaurants. The Waterfront and Sandbar were a couple of our favorites. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
