Night staff knew of dead bird outside of the front door but thought it could wait for day staff. Bathroom had vent/drain problem leading to gurgling and nasty odors. Room change alleviated this but staff seemed put out. Fire alarm in middle of the night woke up the hole hotel. Ok stuff happens, but the morning clerk knew it happened but had no information on the incident. He knew it happened but was dismissive saying “oh that was last night, I just came on my shift”. Don’t they do a turnover?

Great, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok. The only thing I would change is have pool temperature a little warmer or add jacuzzi. But that’s only if you like to use pool. Otherwise very decent hotel stay.

I was not given what I had originally reserved and I had to pay an additional day out of pocket because the room I had originally booked was not available. We left the trash from the room outside hoping one of the employees would take it but trash was full and had to constantly request the basic necessities that come with the booking.
