Loved the quieter neighborhood. Close to bike trails, great area to walk, and close to both Lake Macatawa and Michigan for kayaking, swimming, boating (if you bring one) and just relaxing. Short drive to downtown Holland with good food options, summer farmer’s market and shopping. Would stay here again. Six of us slept comfortably with two in the lower level. Was room for even more. Thank you to our hosts!

We really liked the spaciousness of the property and the quiet, friendly neighborhood. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions and helped make our family stay a most enjoyable respite.The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, a large dining table, and refrigerator space. We were able to enjoy the family breakfasts and also burgers on the outdoor gas grill.

Our stay was enjoyable. We were there in a hot part of July and in order to keep upstairs bedrooms comfortable, the downstairs bedrooms were very very cold. Otherwise, our hosts were very accomodating

The house was pristine and lovely, and it was exactly what we needed for a mini getaway. If we are ever fortunate enough to make our way back to Holland, I will be booking the Laketown Landing again!

Rented this place for a week for my sons wedding August 18th through the 26th 2024

We stayed here for my son‘s wedding. We rented the place for the week of the wedding loved everything about it. Love that it had all of the necessities that you need was glad that I could bring my fur babies. Eric and Mark were wonderful to deal with. Made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely rent this place again. The beds were very, very comfortable and I like the whole downstairs where the kids could hang out Neighbors are awesome too. thank you for making our stay like we were at home. 😊 Sonia, Dennis and Nick Kochan

Great Place of Respite and Relaxation

We so enjoyed Mark and Eric’s laketown landing during a hard time for our family. We love Holland and the lakefront. Unfortunately this visit was for a funeral, but being able to come home to comfortable beds, a great outdoor space, and a clean environment made the lodging portion of our trip a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Great setup for our group! Nice clean bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood but close to a number of activities. We appreciated the welcome basket too. Hosts texted right back when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend Stay

The property was good, nice place to stay. There were more do not rules than I was used to in a VRBO house, but this did not cause any problems with the stay. I really appreciated that the hosts refunded the pet fee when my dog didn't make the trip.

A great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our recent family vacation. Hosts were wonderful and the location was great. The outside space is a nice bonus to relax in after a busy day out and about in Holland and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

This property was lovely and we enjoyed all the space and household amenities. It was close to Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan. Lots of things to do and see. Holland is between Saugatuck and Grand Haven so there are a variety of options to entertain. My grandchildren picked blueberries for the first time, and ate a lot of them too. The Hosts Eric and Mark we’re very welcoming too.
