Great host, quick to respond. Had an issue with the a/c upon arrival and someone was sent out to repair it within an hour. House overall was very well appointed and in a nice location. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to stay fairly close to all Holland has to offer.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to Tunnel Park and Holland State Park. Was nice to store beach belongings in the garage so that we didn't have to worry about tracking sand into the house.

Very quaint.

We arrived around 8 pm Friday night and it was very dark. No lights on and there were so many leaves we could not find our way to the sidewalk up to the house. My sister tripped there was a step up to the door.😞. It was somewhat scary walking into a house with no lights in an area that three women have never been to before. The Bathrooms are very small!! The two bedrooms upstairs are very nice. Downstairs is very nice. The bed downstairs needs to be updated. And better lighting down there. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms for you to get ready so very hard with only one small bathroom and mirror. Not having to strip the beds was such a bonus we all thought that was a gift! Thank you! We had plenty of seats in the living room to chat when we returned from dinner on Saturday night.

Stay for a wedding

this house had everything you’d need for a little one. High chair, pack n play, bike trailer and toys! The only bummer was managing the stairs, there was a baby gate, but it didn’t seem to work to keep the baby from trying to go downstairs. Other than that, this place was great for our family!! I loved having the fan in the master bedroom for white noise as well. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Nice Get-away Stay Place

My adult family enjoyed our stay here. Accommodations were great for 7 adults and a dog. Location in a quiet neighborhood was good and an easy walk to the water. Backyard was good for the dog to be able to be active. Overall, I would recommend this home for a larger group to stay.

Excellent

We traveled with our adult children and their guest as well as our dog. The location was perfect for us. We took full advantage of the fenced in backyard for our dog and we also loved having the bikes available to us. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with from the very beginning of the rental process answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend the property for anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with most activities with in walking or biking distance.

Impromptu trip to the lake

Stumbled on this listing which allowed for mid week stays. The location was great. It's in a nice, quiet, treed neighborhood.. An easy 5 minute walk to Tunnel Park, and quick 10 minutes bike ride to Holland State Park. About 25 minutes from GVSU. Bikes were provided and seemed brand new. The fenced in area in the back allowed for relaxing evenings with dogs on back deck which was shaded. Grill worked great. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Great home and location!

Great, spacious, clean and updated home with comfortable furnishings, charming decorations, well stocked and incredible fenced yard with deck, grill and fire pit. Perfect for a large family with kids who want to enjoy Holland any time of year. Pet friendly a big plus. Fantastic communications with owner throughout stay to address special requests. Extended my stay several days because it has been so lovely!

Everything you could need

This place is very clean, spacious, and has everything you could need. It's stocked with toiletries, paper towels, dish soaps, laundry supplies, etc. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is a short 10 minute walk to Tunnel Park beach and a 5 minute drive to the boardwalks. Plenty of good restaurants are 10 minutes drive away. Saugatuck state park is only 20ish minutes away.

Perfect home for beach and town fun

This property is exceptional. The owner is highly responsive too. My family of four had a great time at the home and its nearby public beach and a short drive to both Holland and Saugatuck for activity and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Great Stay in Holland

This cottage was a great size for a family of four. The location was close to Tunnel Park in a quiet neighborhood. It has a large fenced backyard with a fire pit. It has nice amenities and was well stocked with what we needed. The kids loved the space and we had a great stay!

Great Place, Awesome Owners

First time in Holland and wonderful location. This place was clean, cozy, and conveniently located close to everything. We stayed for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owners were highly responsive to our questions or needs and went out if their way to make sure we had a great weekend. 5 stars for sure on this one!

Wonderful home close to attractions

This rental is just as the photos indicate. Clean, well stocked and on a quiet street within a 10 minute drive to attractions. The yard is very well maintained and perfect for our dog to explore. It wasn’t till the last evening of our stay that we ventured to the lake. We wish we could have stayed longer to spend time on the beach and explore more local attractions and venues. The only downfall wasn’t with this home but with the restaurants and some stores not open on Monday and Tuesday. Corresponding with Daphne was wonderful. She was quick to respond and offered suggestions. When a toiletry bag was left behind, we were contacted within 30 minutes after said departure time and arrangements were made to get it returned. We would not hesitate to book with Daphne again. What a great experience!

Great home, great location!

Very comfortable house with a fenced backyard in a nice neighborhood. We wanted to explore Holland and Saugatuck and this house is in a perfect location for both towns. There were plenty of supplies, towels, etc. and the beds were very comfortable!
