Night desk staff was unhelpful. Furniture was chipped. Bathroom shower was difficult to operate. No hot water in am. Hot tub not working. Not enough food at breakfast.

I’m not one to usually write a review, but this is hands down the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. The floor planks lifted up with your feet when you walked in the hotel room. The bathroom light never turned off. The towels were as thin as tissue and when we asked the front desk for new towels on our second day, they told us to find a cleaning lady. The bathroom had paint splattered all over the floor, toilet, and door. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. When we opened the window curtains the first morning a dead bug fell out onto the bed. We stayed in the junior suite with a king size bed and wish we didn’t stay at this hotel at all. The reviews and pictures the website has are really nothing like the experience. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!!!!

The only problem we had was breakfast. Very poorly organized. Most of the time there was nothing left and nobody was there to help. Desk clerk was trying to do both jobs. Not good for business. Tables were not cleaned at all so if you wanted to eat there you had to clean your own table.

Unclean and not what's advertised

The hotel wasn't as advertised. We checked in at about 9 pm after a long drive. The room didn't have any garbages, there were only enough towels/washcloth for one person in a 4 person room. The bathtub had hair in it and the walls had streaks of something wet running down them. The toilet wouldn't flush and there was minimal toilet paper. The bed appeared to be clean until i lifted the sheet and there was blood on the matress pad in 2 different spots. We asked for another room and it was a little cleaner. The bed was comfortable and clean in that room but the bathtub was dirty and the walls were really dirty as well. Also, we paid almost $300 for a 2 night stay...way overpriced for the quality. Overall, it was very unpleasant and not whats advertised.

The hotel wasn’t clean whatsoever. Checked the mattress.. there was blood on the mattress pad. I’m assuming none of the linens were changed since there was blood left on the mattress pad and covered with a bottom sheet. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was a walkie talkie left in the bathroom from house keeping. Garbages were not changed. They gave us another room, but the disgust was already overwhelming, wanted to change hotels but all were full around us.

Overall nice

Booked online so check in was simple. Only staed for 1 night, so we were in and out but over all it was clean, the people at the counter were quick and kind. Only complaint was the pop machine was sold out the night we were there. However they had a few options at the office, water soda, even some snacks.

There was supposed to be coffee in room, three coffee pots none worked, no room cleaning or trash removal, lights didn’t work, had to put key in lock dozens of times before door would open, on the last day there there was a friendly person at front desk before that it was either no one or a grump. The property was so bad we just had to laugh at how really bad it was.

I officially no longer trust reviews on this website. This place had a pretty decent user rating. But my room was filthy, disgusting honestly. Stains on the sheets. Stains on the couch. A hole in the bathroom door. The tub was DIRTY and still wet, and moldy. Bathroom tiles had grime in them. The tub itself had mold in the jacuzzi jets. Absolutely did not use it. Paint chipping off the bathroom walls. Since it was one night and late when I got in, I just went to sleep and didn’t bother trying to raise an issue. I would have paid the extra $50 to stay next door if I’d known it would be so gross.

Nice hotel but needs better communication

The desk staff was great and more embarrassed than anything but unfortunately the cleaning crew left for the day without cleaning some of the rooms. The desk staff sent me to 3 different rooms before I got one that had been cleaned. The first 2 rooms were in the process of being cleaned but not finished and the third room had not been touched at all by housekeeping. Poor communication by the cleaning crew to the desk staff. Otherwise our stay was nice.
