Room size was great, however there are no closets or drawers. Yes, there are hooks on the wall with a few hangers. There's cubby space. Bathroom was clean, excellent walk-in shower. Lobby area was clean and lots of space to relax or hangout. Negatives: same breakfast EVERY morning (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage) along with oatmeal, cereal (raisin bran, golden grahams), bagels/bread, etc. Outside is loud because of the "factory" building across the way. So having a phone conversation outside made me feel like I was shouting. BUT, I didn't hear the noise inside the hotel.

645am wake up call on check out day was unnecessarily, also the 800am housekeeping barge in was absolutely unacceptable. We were just falling back to sleep after the call when that happened so we just left instead of staying, which was our original plan.

The pool was freezing. Even my 8-year-old, who typically spends her life in water, refused to play in the pool because it was so cold. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.
