I stayed in the annex, which is a wonderful character building, above shops in the heart of the bus interchange. So it was not unusual for their to be people waiting for the bus right outside the door, or sheltering from the wind in the doorway. Everyone was super polite and and apologetic, if they blocked the door from opening outwards. Great value for money. in a very central location.

Great location in Hobart CBD and large sized rooms that allowed for a very comfortable stay. You can't beat the location as it is across the road from Elizabeth Street shopping mall and an easy walk down to the Harbour and more restaurants. Staff were very communicative both on the phone and via email. Will stay here again next time I am in Hobart.

Confession. Because the windows were all sealed in my studio, I checked out 5 minutes after checking in. I don't do airless accommodation. A terrifically helpful front desk manager gave me a huge apartment in their Trinity Quest accommodation instead. Just book there. It's only a 15 minute walk into Hobart and has a washing machine, drier, bathtub, hairdrier, microwave, simple to use oven, large refrigerator, full opening windows in all rooms, blackout curtains, zero noise, tea and coffee, all cooking implements, an electric frying pan, electric blankets...and there's more. I would never have thought of staying here but it's just superb, with a view of the mountain when you walk out in the morning.
