"Villa Nine", a light, bright and airy. and has 3 bedrooms, 2-bathroom, a large open plan living area with modern kitchen and lock up garage. Villa Nine is warm and inviting and is extremely well situated just an easy 10-minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, and 10 minutes' drive to Hobart Airport and CBD/Salamanca.
The Space:
On entering the property you are welcomed by a large living area with a comfy lounge with large smart TV, and a large 6 seater table and chairs. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook.
For your comfort the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bedlinen and an extremely comfortable king size bed with ensuite including shower and toilet. There’s even a wall mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favourite show after a busy day.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds which combine together to make a King Size Bed, (Please let hosts know what sleeping combination you require at time of booking). The 3rd Bedroom like other bedrooms have built-in-robes and a Queen size bed.
The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and is located in the secure single lock up garage. There’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ for your morning sausage and eggs.
There’s of course WiFi and board games to keep the kids entertained.

The Neighborhood:
Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema.
Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it.
Hobart’s CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is new, full of natural light, and wonderfully comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was very convenient — just a short drive to Hobart CBD — making it easy to explore the city and surrounding attractions. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this accommodation to others. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

3 Day Stay in the Villa
Property was very clear and well maintained. We used this as our base for the first 3 days of visiting Tasmania and was perfect to do day trips out to Huonville, Airwalk, Mt Wellington, Hobart and Salmonca markets as well as Port Arthur. Some great breakfast spots and restaurants all within 5 minute drive. Lisa and Andrew we're very quick to respond and help with any queries we had. 5 🌟 all round.
