The stand out for this property was its excellent location to the CBD, the Bay and local tourist spots - everything within walking distance. We really appreciated the wide range of kitchenware and pantry staple items - way more than what you might consider standard. The host was warm and friendly and communication was on point. Check in was super easy and this was one of the few properties where parking on site was available in an otherwise very busy, but very quiet neighbourhood. Overall it was a good stay and ideal for those travelling with family or friends.

Absolute Gem
We just completed our stay in Sandy Bay and were blown away by this property . Everything that We could possibly need for our time was within the property and easily accessible during our stay. The property is so central to Hobart and all the main city attractions , but importantly it felt safe , clean and homely while we enjoyed our evenings at the home. I would highly recommend this as a property to book the next time you are in Hobart. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Fabulous property and a great location!
We had a fabulous stay! Beautiful interior and cute backyard area with a resident Pademelon and it’s joey. Perfect location just a few mins walk to everything you could need and a slightly longer walk down to Salamanca.
