We had booked the suite as a family of five, but she only provided 4 pillows, 2 blankets & 4 towels…no hand towels, face cloths or kitchen linens. When we asked for an extra pillow & blanket for the 5th person, she agreed, but said for a fee. There were ants everywhere. They used outdoor spray, which helped for about 2 hours, but contaminated our countertop. The unit came with a washer, dryer & detergent. What we got was an all in one unit, which worked intermittently without any detergent until we demanded it. She constantly had her workers up, trying to fix things to no resolve. We were then asked to dry everything on the balcony, but ended up losing clothes due to the wind despite trying to protect them. The TV didn’t work for most of our stay. The air conditioner could not be regulated. It was either too hot or too cold. In order to get up the elevator, you had to locate her “staff”. She said that they were having card issues, but no one seemed to have issues except for her tenants, one of which we met on the elevator. She offered us a taxi service from the airport, but ultimately ended up charging us 3 times the fare. At the end of the day, we tolerated the unit because it was in a good location surrounded by everything we needed and it is difficult to change accommodations mid stay. However, dealing with our host was a struggle, which really impacted the quality of our visit. We decided after the third day to let it go so we could salvage our time in Ho Chi Minh.

The location was great. Close to shopping mall and restaurants which were all walking distance. 24 hours convenience store was right beside the building. The one thing I would recommend is a more seamless check in.

Bad customer service they just took my money .

Me and my father flew to Vietnam on business. We traveled from the United States San Francisco California. I let the property know my flight arrangements and what time we will arrive. The property let me know that they will be leaving the key in a box and then when I arrived at the property there was no key left at the box. The number that I stood there in front of the camera systems and I front of security with several luggage’s with my welder Lu father exhausted from a 19 hour flight. This condo did not pick up any calls we were looking forward to our stay and never even stayed at this property. Security felt sorry for me and my father after several attempts of helping us call the property with their telephone line they did not respond. Then then tge security felt so bad for us he called us a taxi to another hotel and we stayed at Hotel D arts. This property took my payment for 3 day stay we did not stay at the property. They also did not even bother to apologize for the refund or inconvenience what a way to welcome me to the country. I do not recommend this property AT ALL to anyone. They do not have any consideration. For customers needs I payed for a stay and we didn’t even stay there.

I liked how spacious the room was and how it was a full apartment with even a washing machine and a great view from the balcony. Stores and restaurants were also walking distance which made it convenient to go anywhere. What I didn't like is the hotel in the kitchen counter and floor was infested with tiny ants, also on the dinning table and also in the bathroom. Repeatedly cleaned the counter top and dining table and bathroom. Even made sure to empty trash. The room should be fumigated.

The area is overall pretty convenient but unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't very good. There was mold around the tub, there was hair around the sink and our last straw was finding 2 cockroaches in the refrigerator close to our baby's formula and one roaming on the floor. We tried to talk to the staff for refund as well as a representative at Expedia, but the Vinhomes property didn't allow to refund us. It was pretty disappointing since we had no choice but to leave due to these conditions. We were told we could've been moved to a different room, but the quality didn't really encourage us to stay at the same building.

Deceiving, images are not of the actual unit

The listing shows a completely different unit and is very deceiving. The host uses images from a different property and uses the Landmark 81 building to make it look like it is a unit in that building. When reaching out to the host about the issue they keep mentioning the view is different but the unit is the same. The acutal unit is very old and a lot of wear and tear is showing and is dirty. Even when they try to move me to a different unit I saw a cockroach running across the floor and one of her "staff" said it's because they are cleaning it. Beware when this unit is not run by the building but the individual unit owner so there will be no help from the actual building staff. The unit itself is dirty with stains on the bed and the sheets were not clean. Mold and mildew in the shower/bath area and broken mill work.

Complete fraud. Bait and switch. My family received a different unit than the one in the pictures. The place was dirty and very worn out. Originally booked 1 week. We stayed only 2 hours. I am 46 years old and heavy business and leisure traveler. This is my first review in my life. Couldn’t be any more disappointed. Fighting to get refund.
