The Scenic Valley Apartment has just been opened since July 2017. Our 77 square meters large apartment has a beautifull window scenery to the swimming pool and Phu My Hung golf court.
Since it recently built, the apartment is equipped with all highly brand new 2017 accommodations. Due to being a corner- apartment, its area seems much bigger and is filled with fresh air. How does the image of you relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee/tea at the balcony while looking at others swimming
+ Golft Course – 9 hole (50 meter) : Enjoy to play Golf with your friend.
+ Crescent Mall Shopping Center (150meter) : you can enjoy shopping with numerous fashion shops. It has a large food court (the 5th floor)to serve your appetites with difference tastes. There is a movie theater, our famous checked-in CGV Cinema, at the 5th floor for your entertainment. Supermarket locate at basement
+ The Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center(300m) - District 7 or so called Phu My Hung Area.
