This is a brand new apartment and that is the major reason I booked here. However, when I got here I immediately realize this is not a place I should stay. The floor was full of dirt and the ants were welcoming me. My bed's linen was full of stain. I went down to the lobby and complained about this but the staff there couldn't speak in English at all. Don't speak in English is okay because this is not an English-speaking country. I used google translate for communicating but what they told me is literally: so?
I was freaked out and just go out of the hotel for a few hours and came back. I had no place to go so I decided just remain in the room for a day and leave. However, the staff and people at the lobby were yelling at each other until 3 in the morning. I couldn't rest AT ALL. In the morning, I talked to their boss about this and requested a refund. And the boss said which is killing part: "Where are you from?" I said: why? you don't need to know that. He said: We will respond to your case differently based on where you from because people have different expectations. This is literally discrimination based on where I from and I was really freaked out. Lastly, what they said to me is we will give you 15 minutes to pack and get out. I booked 7 nights here but that was a totally waste of money even they kept ignoring calls from the hotles.com because I've reported this. Hotels.com should reconsider about this hotel.
직원들이 밤에 소리지르고 방에 개미와 먼지가 가득차있는 최악의 호텔. 내 인생의 최고의 돈낭비.
