The apartment has been in operation for a long time, but it is clean and looks as if it was just built; it is very new and tidy. The place has a wonderful front desk staff member and the cleaner is also very nice. I highly recommend this place. The surrounding area is bustling with many delicious restaurants.

The place is really nice! Conveniently located near tourist spots and attractions. Even though it’s just a short walking distance from Bui Vien, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. You can rest well without the noise and still enjoy easy access to the city’s lively areas

This was my second stay at phuong’s place, and once again it was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and everything felt easy from check-in to check-out. What really stood out this time was Thanh as a host. There was an issue that had nothing to do with the apartment itself and was completely external, yet she went out of her way to help resolve it quickly and thoughtfully. Her communication was proactive, clear, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a host who takes that level of responsibility and initiative, even when something isn’t their fault. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Thanh’s place to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free stay.

Phuong is a remarkable host. He made sure my visit was comfortable. The apartment is extremely well located if you want to be in the city centre. There are shops around and basically everything one needs. There is a gym and a pool in the same buidling, which are always welcomed.
