Complex check in, booked for 3 people & had paid extra at time of booking, reception were adamant extra fees were payable as the room booked was only for two people??? Went round in circles, felt like I had no option but to pay extra again. Got to room, scrolled through emails & found receipt for extra payment at booking, reception looked into it & admitted fault & refunded, which was kind of them.

Quiet and peaceful with friendly staff

The staff at Hidden Mansions were very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was great, food delicious albeit a slightly limited menu. Room was spacious and clean. The resort was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.

Hidden mansions is quite away from anywhere, but that’s what we loved. The pool area is amazing, the food is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and super helpful.
