First time staying in this Hotel on out trups to Japan and we were not disappointed. Itnis located in a very convenient area for food, shopping as well as only a 15 minute or so walk to the Peace Memorial park. The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful as well. We have no complaints at all! We will be back on our next trip to Hiroshima

It was the most spacious room we stayed in our whole trip. Very helpful front desk, clean room, and quiet location. But still close to public transport and shopping areas. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice perk.

When we washed our clothes, they did not dry before we needed to sleep. The staff folded our clothes and delivered them to our room.

This hotel was conveniently located within Hiroshima along a main corridor so it was really easy to get around but still very quiet. My only complaint was the room we were in the AC sits above one of the twin beds and it was leaking water directly onto the bed all night. Staff were lovely and professional.
