Very clean. Had everything we needed. Host was very informative. Great unit. Our only issue was the bed which was not very comfortable. If the mattress was upgraded, unit would be perfect.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at Folly beach. Comfortable, close to the beach and plenty of room to relax. Enjoyed the sounds of the ocean from the deck. Will definitely be back!

Great Getaway, would stay again

Actually this was probably the BEST unit in the resort. First floor, SUPER close to the beach and the pool!! Beautiful, clean and perfect for a family getaway. If we ever visit Hilton Head again, would definitely come here again!

The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had the extra countertop dressing space with mirror which was nice. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. Quality of sleep due to poor mattress was not pleasant.

Beach and Tennis Resort

Great location, super clean, all updated, close to pool and beach. Nice tennis and pickleball courts on site. Pool bar and food are super. Great bike paths, and bike rentals are on site! We would definitely return here.

Beautiful condo

The location near the pool and beach was excellent and the condo is beautiful. You won't be disappointed with this one. Newly renovated, very clean, and the manager was very quick to contact back.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this unit. Everything was as advertised. My one suggestion is to get a new mattress. The current one is not very comfortable. Beyond that, it’s a 10/10

First time visiting Hilton Head

Property was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen pots, pans, plates and silverware etc., The ice maker in freezer was very convenient. It was close to everything. Property manager always responded to my messages in a timely manner, Very nice place to stay for my first time visiting Hilton Head. I definitely give this place a 10 out of 10.

Lovely one bedroom, very clean and well maintained. The location is close to the beach and pool and the property is secure with security presence. The kitchen and appliances are abundant, enough cups, bowls and towels. This is a great place!

Great Property, so close to the pool and the beach

We came from out of state, this was our 2nd time going to HH. We were extremely pleased with our stay, the condo had everything you could’ve asked for. It was designed and decorated very nicely, had any appliance you might need, and enough room for everyone to not be on top of each other. The kids loved the bunk beds, and you’re in the last building that is closest to the pool and the beach. They even have a bar/restaurant that is directly by the pool. Great place and great location.

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed our short stay in this nicely remodeled condo! It’s completely renovated with no update left undone. From light fixtures, cabinetry, trim work, to the flooring… it is all brand new inside. It’s a very short walk to the beach and easy to drive to shopping and restaurants. Very nice!

The unit was freshly updated and spotless. Steps from pool and beach. View on patio was tranquil and lush. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Reliable ice maker in the new fridge that was greatly appreciated. Host recommendations were spot on and very helpful.

Perfect Couples Weekend Getaway

Great location near the beach end of the complex, on the first floor, and with balcony NOT facing the parking lot. Interior is very nice with stylish updates throughout. Our only problem is one we would have with any unit in this complex. The bedroom has a window that is facing the hallway where you easily hear everyone walking by and talking. Overall great place and would book again.
