Hermoso condominio de 1 dormitorio aislado con vista a las canchas de tenis desde el balcón con mosquitero y la piscina interior climatizada justo afuera de los escalones. (La piscina interior está completamente renovada y se abrirá pronto). Acabamos de terminar de pintar y agregar nuevos muebles. La playa privada está justo pasando el siguiente edificio, a menos de 2 minutos a pie por nuestro hermoso patio con una laguna y 2 piscinas al aire libre.
Además de los 1 dormitorios, también hay una litera incorporada y un sofá cama grande. La unidad tiene una conexión wifi segura y privada disponible junto con el complejo que cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas y una comunidad cerrada. La cocina tiene refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora y olla de barro, así como sus ollas / sartenes, los platos están surtidos con algunas especias básicas. Suministramos artículos de tocador de inicio y toallas de papel también. El Spa está ubicado entre Mitchellville Beach Park y Fish Haul Beach Park. Tenemos 3 canchas de tenis, 2 piscinas al aire libre (abiertas de abril a noviembre), 1 piscina cubierta climatizada y jacuzzi. Se permiten almejas, camarones, ostras, mejillones y pesca en esta playa (se necesita una licencia de pesca, disponible en Walmart). Esta es una de las playas menos pobladas de la isla, por lo que no está saturada en absoluto. También es una gran playa para que los niños hagan castillos de arena, jueguen en el agua. Me encantan los paseos por la playa y ver a las 2 águilas calvas que vivimos aquí con nosotros y los delfines también. Tenga en cuenta: no hay salvavidas en nuestra playa.
Hilton Head Island es una comunidad de primera clase. Cuenta con 12 millas de playa oceánica, más de 200 restaurantes, más de 30 campos de golf, reservas naturales, parques, tiendas, mini golf y senderos para bicicletas. El sendero para bicicletas de la isla está justo fuera del complejo. También hay muchas empresas de alquiler de bicicletas que entregarán y recogerán directamente en el condominio. Savanna está a solo 45 minutos de distancia si quieres ir de excursión.

V-day Beach Get Away

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. The property was clean, quiet and just a quick little walk to the beach. The only issue that we had was that we had been informed that we needed to bring cash to purchase the parking pass or else we'd be ticketed. It needed to be in cash because the guardhouse only accepted cash. We got there to find out that, that they didnt accept cash and the price had gone up to 25. We feel that the 25 shouldve been included in the price of the stay and the parking pass waiting for us. But other than that little snafu, it was great!

No shower no balconey the door was jambed ths shower had no presser. I had to leave a leaky facet in the sjower could not shout off. Ths spa was half assedI hope to get my deposit back

Property was old and tired but clean.I find it annoying to have to pay for parking.That fee should be included with rental.We only slept there so it was ok.Next time cheaper to stay at the days inn as the fees really rack up.

This was a horrible experience.

My overall impressions of the property are that it is an older what I would all apartments. Now, they have been fixed up, but there is no denying that it is an older complex. The owner was very very rude when I contacted her when we first arrived. It was so bad we left early.

Great communication and location

Check in was very easy and convenient. Property was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach on a very quiet part of Hilton Head. Communication with property manager was great. Overall, we had a great time on this trip.

Non-Goldilocks Experience!

The property was beautiful. The condo was clean (except the baseboards). There were no real pictures of the TINY bathroom. There was a rainshower, shower head with no real water pressure. I am a 6' tall woman and had to bend down if I was going to wash my hair. The bathroom mirror was hung for a 4' tall person. I had to bend down to attempt to put on my makeup. An additional mirror was provided, as there was only a single sink vanity. There was NO comfortable seating in the living room. It was a rock-hard futon that would only hold a 5' person laying down. The only other chair was a wicker, single-person glider with some cushions. There was no table to eat on in the condo. There was very little room to even move around the bed in the bedroom because the bed was a double bed - NOT ideal for two adults. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The hall "bed in a open closet" was not that much better for sleeping. We booked and paid for 3 nights. Two of them were sleepless nights due to the horrible mattress. In fact, it was so bad we left after two nights of not sleeping and booked a hotel. We called VRBO to provide an update that we had left our rental. We were connected with the owner who said she appreciated us letting her know we had made our stay shorter so her cleaning staff could get in earlier for her next rental client. We let her know about the horrible beds, low water pressure and horrible shower head, & futon. She never offered any kind of refund.

Needs updating. Not the cleanest. Owner extremely friendly and helpful. Beach is a natural beach so no waves , sand etc. Very muddy and no beach when we were there. Maybe better if not raining. Very private. Tenants upstairs very loud and disturbing during the night

Condo was smaller than described. Enough room for 2 adults, but not 4. No comfortable seating provided; sofa-bed especially uncomfortable for just sitting. Kitchen nicely furnished and bedroom small but comfortable. Beach items furnished, which was nice.

Nice - but needs updating.

Owner was very nice. Adequate small unit, the LR furniture should be rearranged and updated. Although generally clean, maid left wrong type of dish soap(there is no dishwasher) and the previous renters' recycling was left on top of the refrigerator. It was very reasonably priced - so we expected some glitches. Location not as ideal for biking as others on HHI. Shower faucet needs repair.
