Everything was perfect! We had all the things we needed included in the condo. Being on the bottom floor was a plus for you us. It was very close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We hope to be back!

family fun

It was a short getaway with my husband , nephew , and his girlfriend . We got in late Thursday night but the check was easy anyways . Everyone was so helpful at the security desk , it was our first at this stay . Is access to the beach from our unit . Just wish the location was maybe closer to walking distance to shops ect. But over all I'd deff stay there again . The gator restaurant was HAD AMAZING PIZZA !!

Our stay was great! We appreciated the cleanliness of the rental inside de and out! The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning felt good in June, the kitchen is well equipped. Love the easy access to the beach! And that the beach was clean and family, friendly. We wished there was a beach umbrella to go with the beach chairs. Thank you, Christie!

Fall Get Away

One of our best times at HH. The condo was wonderful and comfy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The weather was incredible, and perfect beach weather. We had everything needed to enjoy ourselves.

July 2024 beach trip

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and matched the listing description. Check in was easy and communication from the owners was really good. Really liked the shoet walk from the room to the pool and the beach. Resort was nice. Only minor negatives would be the close proximity to the elevator/exit of the building resulted in some noise in the mornings from people rolling luggage on the grooved walkways. Upgrading the living room tv to be a smart tv would be very nice. Chromecast wouldn't connect so tv was basically useless.

Wonderful condo!

My mom and I stayed last weekend for a girls trip and had the best time! The condo was wonderful and just as advertised. Our only very minor complaint was that the fan in the bedroom was very loud, but otherwise the condo was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect couple's getaway to experience Hilton Head

Condo was as clean, bright and freshly decorated as shown in the pictures! Steps away from the walkway to the beach and pool. We cooked most meals at home and had everything we needed. All resort personnel were extremely friendly and pleasant - from reception to security and tennis/ pickleball manager. Our first trip to Hilton Head but definitely not the last!

Hilton Head get away

The resort was beautiful. All staff was extremely friendly. The condo was very clean and had a ton of extras. The only negative thing is the condo stated it was Ocean view which it clearly was not and the bunk beds were very small.

Beach vacation

Condo was just 0.2m walk to the beach with warm water and great waves. Easy instructions for everything with the property from the owner. Comfy bed and clean space. Compex has a pool, restaurants, bar, pickeball and tennis courts. Great visit.

Great location

The condo located right on the beach which was super convenient for us with a toddler. Christine was great and quick to respond when we had a question. The condo had everything as described. It would be nice to have a curtain or a door between bedroom and a hall to darken the room/ for privacy if you have children.

Very Cute!

My teenage son and I had a quick trip to HH and enjoyed this cute condo. It is very clean, comfortable and was stocked with every thing we needed - even what we needed to go to the beach! (A cart, chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, and umbrella.) It is a short walk to beach and pools. After the beach, We ate at the resort restaurant and enjoyed a delicious square pizza. Thank you for a comfortable and fun stay!

Just what we needed

The listing is very nice and comfortable! It is well stocked. The hosts have taken great care to provide all that one would need for an easy stay. 3 day vacation before a conference

It was lovely. Perfect for 2 people. Great location near the beach. The weather was a bit windy for 2 days and rained part of the other day. Still great walking on the beach. Restaurants Elas and Michael Anthony Cafe were fantastic

Awesome Beach Condo in Beautiful Resort Location

I would highly recommend Folly Field condo A108. I stayed a month and really enjoyed my stay. The Condo is not large, but very well laid out with plenty of storage for food and other essentials. The kitchen was well provisioned with everything you need to cook. My grandkids stayed for a few days and loved the bunk beds and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs for us ready to go. The resort itself is lovely and I really enjoyed the sports bar on the facility. The beach is a short walk away and you could hear the surf. Check in was a breeze and the hosts are top-notch - very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back.

The perfect staycation getaway for us!

My husband and I are from the area and simply wanted a little staycation. We had been looking for the perfect place for just the two of us for quite a while. This sweet retreat fulfilled our hopes for a quiet weekend getaway. Location: Perfect, short walk to the beach. Literally 2 minutes at the most. Very close to one of the boardwalks to the beach. Ground floor as well which was nice. Although there were guests above the unit, we never heard them at all. For the off season, it was very quiet. Condo: The style and personality of the unit was precious. The location was very clean and everything was in good working condition. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. What a nice treat. The outside table and TV was used by use all weekend! The kitchen is fully stocked, I mean everything you can think of was there for us. Thank you for providing a coffee maker and blender too! The unit also came with a blow dryer, soap (kitchen and bath), shampoo/conditioner, dish, and laundry detergent! There were plenty of towels and blankets and hooks everywhere in the bathroom. It's the little things that make vacations so enjoyable. The unit was so close to everything in terms of the resort area. There were plenty of walking paths along with restaurants, bar, a pool, gym, tennis courts and a playground. The owners were great about communication and answered questions literally within minutes of sending a message. We loved it and can't wait to visit again!
