This unit is in an older building. Updated and very comfortable. Close to the beach and racket club. Beautiful walking and biking trails. Loved the morning sun on the deck. A little dirty, some mold in the bathroom and dirty carpet in bedroom. Overall nice stay.

The location is beautiful, but the apartment was not ready for us. The floor was damaged, the blinds missing the wand, TV not working, cleaning not finished.

Good location and clean

We enjoyed our stay at south beach. We used south beach for fishing and used sea pines beach club for beach time and eating. Marina has good food and shops. Will visit here again in the future.

Cute little place

The place was awesome! however be aware that the pull-up couch is very very uncomfortable, that much that my cousin slept better on the floor. There were also a couple of light-balls that did not work. but overall was awesome!

Pros: + Short walk to South Beach and Marina + Washer and dryer + Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, and bakeware + Sizable bedroom and closet Cons: - Only 2 towels and 1 washcloth provided when reservation was for 4 people - Some dresser drawers missing handles, making them unusable - Needs updates (carpet, linens/bedding, furniture) and maintenance (tv cable, bathroom lights, vertical blinds, screen doors)

Great place and location! :) So convenient! The only suggestion I have would be to put in a new shower insert. It’s very old and dated and starting to mold. Other than that...I’d definitely rent again!

the reason I rented this property is because I wanted to relax in jacuzzi in the beach no jacuzzi no where and was not on beach

The property was as advertised. Pros: Location near beach Balcony overlooks scenic marsh area Washer/dryer in unit Perfect size for a couple Basic necessities all covered Cons: Check in requires stop at rental agency, far from property, with confusing instructions for after hours arrival. Kitchen and bathroom ready for renovation Smoke alarm repeatedly went off. Called rental company who advised us to disconnect it. They were to bring a new detector, but had not arrived by the time we checked out.

Perfect beach condo in great location

We loved staying at this cute beach condo right in the heart of south beach! It’s walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. The condo is also well stocked with everything you could need, and had a great view of the water. Would highly recommend!

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Place is spacious and in a great location next to Salty Dog and beach. The ceiling is a little thin though. Can really hear the movements coming from upstairs. Otherwise very enjoyable stay
