Check in time and arrival to property was at 4:00 pm. The unit had not been cleaned from the previous renter. Reached out to Property Manager by phone / text. After not receiving a response in a timely manner, reached out to VRBO for resolution. Property manager did respond and apologized for the inconvenience and contacted housekeeping to respond asap. We gained access at approximately 6:00 pm, two hours late from our original time. The unit was cleaned properly at the time. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience but there was a sincere apology from the property manager.
