Overlooking Palmetto Dunes Lagoon is a 2-bedroom villa located at 7802 Centre Court. This second-floor villa offers an abundance of space for the entire family. Guests will have private beach access, as well as access to Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, three unique golf courses, and multiple shops and restaurants without leaving the plantation! Hop on the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy for transportation to Shelter Cove Towne Center and Marina for even more!

Arrive to Centre Court Villas and park in the spaces directly in front of the building for ease of access to the villa. A few steps down, and a staircase back up brings you to the front door of this second-floor front door. As guests enter, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and in-home laundry units. The breakfast bar, with two high-top bar chairs, overlooks the dining area – with accommodations for six. The living room is furnished with a new sofa, centered around the flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors lead guests to the balcony, where there is chairs for 4 surrounding a table overlooking the Palmetto Dunes Lagoon.

Off the living room is the master bedroom. Furnished with 2 queen beds, the master bedroom also has a private full bathroom with a traditional shower and tub combination. The second bedroom, found off the dining room, also has 2 queen beds. The guest bathroom is accessible from the entry way of the bedroom, so guests have access from the living room also.
