Camina a cualquier lugar Propiedad en la ciudad.

No puedo pensar en un lugar mejor para ser que Highlands, Carolina del Norte. ¡Lo único mejor es un lugar con la capacidad de caminar a todas partes en la ciudad y estar por encima de Wine Shoppe! Tendrás acceso a nuestro patio frontal con frente a St. Main, con hoguera, mesas y sillas. El final de una noche perfecta es tomar una copa de vino mientras está sentado junto a la hoguera.

Nuestro apartamento fue remodelado en 2017. La mayor parte del trabajo fue realizado por mi padre (un constructor de Highlands retirado). Queríamos mantener las características de Highlands, pero ofrecemos comodidades modernas. Nuestra propiedad es # 1 en el Registro Histórico de Highlands.

We had an issue getting into the property due to the code not being changed on the VRBO site. The host was traveling and contact was spotty. Just one of those rare snafus that happens along with torrential rains, after driving hours to get to your destination. The situation was finally remedied and we came into a lovely apartment and the sun actually came out. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip . The town was beautiful and had several very good restaurants. The accommodations were superb and the host graciously gifted us with a delightful bottle of wine. The trip started a little rough but there was a rainbow at the end. delicious townbeautifullovrestaurants

Outstanding Place

We’ve been to the wine shop many many times, in fact every time we go to the Highlands. When I saw that there was an apartment above for rent, I couldn’t believe it. The space itself was perfect and very well appointed. Check-in was incredibly simple. The host were available whenever we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Great location walkable to everything

Apartment had all the comforts of home - well stocked kitchen, very spacious and comfortable and clean. Great location above the Wine Shop. Enjoyed having a glass of wine and visiting with the guests at the Wine Shop. Will definitely come back!! We planned to grill steaks based on pictures on VRBO - disappointed to find no grill. Highly recommend adding a grill.

Highlands Wine Shoppe

Had our second great stay in the apartment above the Wine Shoppe in Highlands. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location. Really nice to be able to pop downstairs and try some great wines.

Great place!

Super convenient to downtown Highlands, yet very private. It has a nice private upper level patio nicely shaded by trees, a nice kitchen and breakfast area, Master bedroom, bathroom, a large sitting room/den, and closets. TV in den and master bedroom. Everything needed was there. I'll be back!

Above Wine Shop

Outstanding place for very walkable Highlands with great restaurants. Highly enjoyed outdoor area for wine and conversation. Beautiful weather in June. Also checked out nearby waterfalls.

Relaxing time in Highlands

Excellent location just a few steps from downtown. Quiet. Very clean and well appointed. Can park in the wine store parking lot. While no big deal for us, be aware no washer dryer in the apartment.

We stayed in a VRBO rental above the Wine Shoppe in downtown Highlands. The property was neat and clean. Conveniently located to everything that we wanted to do...shops, restaurants within walking distance. Had a great time...plan to return again...left the property spotless and clean....

Great location and very roomy

The location of this property was perfect for a weekend in Highlands - walking distance from shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to good hiking trails. The wine shop below was great; there was a lot of nice outdoor seating there.
