A/C was not functionin . Linen was dirty and room was smelling of smoke. Only 2 towels- this was more of an apartment which was not serviced.

Basic property, has not been refurbed in years. Over priced for what it was. Constant mosquitos everywhere in the apartment which was bad. We literally barracked ourself in one room. All the taps etc were rusted and green. Area outside is full of locals who didn’t not even know what halal food was! Plenty of supermarkets around though. Beach and bars are all deserted.

Where were they?

After I checked in, the manager/owner was nowhere to be found, although, he posted his phone number on the glass of his office for emergency. There was no one around to reset the wi-fi after so many blackouts. I was unable to use the internet during my 7 days of stay. Housekeeping was so bad that no one to change the towels or bed sheets.

Basic but tidy

On arrival, apartment was clean and functional throughout. We stayed 8 days and room was cleaned twice during our stay, although sheets were changed only once. Toilet/shower room was very small but all clean and in good working order, no problems with hot water at any point. Staff were friendly, easy-going and helpful, they dealt with any questions/requests and even gave us a bottle of drinking water for no charge to when we ran out. Location: The village of Kokkini Hani is well-connected to other locations along Crete's northern coast by it's proximity to the large national road, and buses are relatively frequent. Kokkini itself has little to offer in terms of attractions but has a few nice beaches and restaurants. Stella apartments are located conveniently with nice views over the sea from many of the windows/balconies, and just a couple of minutes' walk from the main road and shops/supermarket/bars/restaurants. The nearby beach is not one for sunbathing but suitable ones are between 5-20 minutes walk away.

Grosse dĂ©ception car la description de l’hĂŽtel ne correspond pas il n’y a pas piscine extĂ©rieur ni de salle de jeu ni de bibliothĂšque toute les activitĂ©s nautiques proposĂ©es a proximitĂ© sont inexistante la plage est desserte avec juste quelques chaise parasol. A notre arrivĂ©e pas alaise sur les matelas juste des draps , gros problĂšme de tuyauterie quand on tire la chasse d’eau tout l’hĂŽtel est averti de notre passage sur le pot 😂 En revanche le personnel est agrĂ©able et Ă  l’écoute

Entrati era ben riconoscibile odore di muffa. Inoltre bagno e parte del pavimento vicino al letto era allagato. Infine neppure il cestino della spazzatura era stato svuotato e conteneva molti residui. Nulla da dire sulla disponibilitĂ  del check in notturno

On a passe un magnifique séjour tout prÚs de la plage ;dans cet appart hÎtel propre,calme et d'ambiance familiale. Les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques et présents à tout moment. L'appartement est bien équipé avec une vue sur mer. La proximité des commerces, des tavernes et des transports pour l'aéroport qui se trouve à 15mn par bus.

mobilier des chambres annĂ©es 70, propre, environnement trĂšs bruyant (mobylettes fessant des boucles sans arrĂȘt, avion), je ne conseil pas cet hĂŽtel aux personnes ayant le sommeil lĂ©ger, chaises abimĂ©es, tringle de douche qui ne tient plus, je ne vois pas trop comment cet hotel Ă  pu obtenir 3 Ă©toiles, fenĂȘtre non hermĂ©tiques, pas de piscine.....
